The Riders' Lounge includes a private conference room with large screen TV, and a stylish, private bathroom. High-speed internet access provided through property-wide Wi-Fi.

World-class, state-of-the-art 250’ x 150’ ebb and flow jumping arena built by Dammann RisoHorse of Germany for safe, year-round, all-weather riding.
Oval Horse Walker
Kraft Brothers 6-horse covered rail-gliding, oval horse walker with rubber matted walking surface.
Hardwood Fencing
All fencing is De Sutter Naturally tropical hardwood fencing imported from Belgium, and designed for optimal horse safety and comfort.
Ample Cross Ties
Six spacious cross ties with ample work space, storage cabinets, a Röwer & Rüb solarium & rubber pavers for comfort & safety. Two wash racks with rubber non-slip mats and hot and cold water to each bay.
Longeing Ring
60’ diameter longeing ring with all-weather ProTex footing.
Riding Trail
Riding trail with all-weather ProTex footing encircles the entire property.
Thoughtful Design
Dutch-style barn doors can be closed at night for horse safety without decreasing ventilation. High, bright barn aisle ceilings with large skylights and operable clerestory windows for healthy airflow year round.
Grass Pastures
Two large, irigated grass pastures, and multiple sand turnouts.
Outdoor Space
Large outdoor lounge patio with café tables, shade umbrellas, a large farm table, lounge seating and a fountain.

The ebb & flow jumping arena at Milberry Farm was engineered and installed by Dammann RisoHorse of Germany. Dammann arenas are used in major international competitions and top private facilities worldwide.
All jumps at Milberry Farm are provided by Top Jumps in Belgium. Top Jumps' lightweight aluminum jumps are used at top international competitions worldwide - like the 2020 European Championships in Rotterdam.
The rail gliding, oval 6-horse walker at Milberry Farm is built by Kraft Brothers of Germany. More than 1500 clients are exercising their horses on a KRAFT Horse Walker on five continents and in more than 60 countries.
Milberry Farm grooms the jumping arena with German-made arena drags from Platz Max. Platz Max drags are used regularly to groom the competition surfaces at the Olympics, World Cup and Nations Cup competitions.
