Woodgrove Farm is a premier show jumping stable offering training from novice to grand prix.
Guillermo Obligado
Trainer
Guillermo Obligado has firmly etched a place for himself in the sport representing his native Argentina at the World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany and the World Cup Finals in Kuala Lumpur. Between stops on the West Coast show circuit and buying trips to Europe, Guillermo enjoys passing his knowledge on to his students in his home ring.
Lynn Witte
Trainer
Lynn Witte grew up in Southern California, rising through the traditional hunter and equitation ranks before making her mark in the Grand Prix. Lynn has had numerous Grand Prix wins, her most important in 1997 winning the Spruce Meadows Queen Elizabeth II Cup aboard Action. Lynn has stepped away from competing now and focuses full time on coaching at Woodgrove Farm.
Mariana Obligado
Assistant Trainer/ Barn Manager
Mariana has been with Woodgrove ever since she moved to California from Argentina in 1996. She is invaluable to our team to keep all parts of the business running seamlessly. In addition to riding and teaching, Mariana manages the groom staff, assists the veterinarian, rehabs the horses, and takes our C county level and IEL students to shows. Mariana regularly assists Guillermo at local A shows.
